As the first quarter of 2021 has unfolded, Brazil's air travel app scene has seen various trends in user engagement and downloads. Our data at Sensor Tower has provided an intriguing look into the performance of the top 5 air travel applications on a unified platform across both iOS and Android.
The LATAM app, published by LATAM Airlines Group S.A., saw its downloads start at 24K in the last week of December 2020 and peak at approximately 30K by mid-January. However, there was a noticeable downward trend as the quarter progressed, ending with over 12K downloads in the final week of March. The weekly active users mirrored this trend, starting at 128K and dipping to under 97K by the end of March.
Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker, from the Swedish publisher Flightradar24 AB, showed a more stable trend in revenue, maintaining around 3K to 4K USD weekly, with a slight dip to 2.4K USD in the final week.
